...pain. What can I do? Please Help Fast? He's whining like he's in pain and sometimes he has the sezuire like shakes where his head move up and down rapidly and his mouth is wide open...Please I need help fast its tearing me up

need i say more. he needs to be seen by a vet. he probably got hit on the head and is having seizures.

Take him back to his mother and litter mates for at least another 4 weeks. This puppy is far to young to be taken away from them. He's probably terrified. The poor little thing has not even been properly weaned at 4 weeks of age.
With the head moving and open mouth it sounds very much like this puppy is not well and may not survive. He needs emergency vet care. He is showing signs of not getting enough air into his lungs. The idiot of a breeder who let this sick pup go at 4 weeks should be responsible for it's vet needs.
