my neighbour's 16 year old kid is always getting drunk, and threatening

me when i complain? Hi all,

My neighbour goes out every Saturday night, leaving her 16 year old daughter home alone, as soon as her mum is out of sight, she invites round about a dozen mates, and they all get drunk outside, smashing bottles, shouting and swearing.....it usually goes on til 3 in the morning......my husband, kids and i cant sleep, its ruining our lives, i told her to keep the noise down, but one of her mates threatened to hit me, and tried to get into my garden to attack me.....everytime i say something the same happens....i told her mum , a right nasty piece of work, but she doesnt give a stuff, she said its her house and she can do as she pleases, well, actually the council owns her house, so im pretty sure she should be held accountable for all the aggro and noise........please help.......donna x

Next time it happens call the cops. You have a right to.
Plus she is underage to drink.Of course you already know that.
But you get what I'm saying. Don't go up to them when there drunk, with friends. Thats a dangerous situation to be in.
And if they keep doing even after you call the cop, call the cops again.
Stand up for your self girl.
you have a right as I said. This Saturday when they do it.
