Thread: my guinea pigs constant screaming is keeping me up at night. Help!

I've always had sleep problems, but this past week I haven't been able to get over 4 hours of sleep and I'm miserable. He lives with another guinea and their house is a huge double level, but every time the other guinea goes near him all he does is shriek. The other one isn't even hurting him, just sniffing him but he seems to get so upset. He only seems to scream really loud like this at a certain point in the morning and then of course once I'm wide awake from annoyance, he shuts up. Should I try earplugs? I need my sleep and I can't relocate them to another part of the house!

I have a 5 month old guniea pig and it does the same thing it keeps me up at night what do I do.
