Thread: My dog won't stop whining?

wow looks like ur in a pickle........
id say give him what u gave him before and ignore him otherwise.
if he whines when he just looks at the food ignore that too.
if hes hungry he will eat
id say he pretty lonly too.
get another MALE dog and maybe the lonlyness will go away

I am going crazy!! My one year old chihuahua cries and whines everytime he looks out the window in our apartment. It's a glass window from the ground up. My dog never used to do this. he used to be a quiet, cute and well behaved pup and now he has become the devil's spawn!
He won't eat much either, he has been so picky with his food lately for 2 weeks that sometimes he doesn't eat at all. I am close to coming down with a nervous breakdown. I got work to go to and chores in the house and I'm not gonna spoon feed him (last time i tried shuving food down his throat he bit me)
I have tried the doggy biscuits he likes them but only nibbles at them.
He doesn't like the dog tin anymore so I tried giving him some chicken meat, he won't eat them except he will eat it if it's more than 9 bucks. Freakin he has an expensive taste now.

Besides that he still eats and drinks water daily so i am not panicking yet to take him to the vet. He is stil pretty active and he just wants to play all day. It's the whining and the crying that really annoys me! I can't sleep sometimes. He has full access to the window and each time he sees a doggy outside he yelps and whines all day long.

He hasn't been you know 'spayed' he still has his balls intact and being a foreigner working in a country that don't provide animals with anesthetics before cutting their balls off is not a good choice to make.

I don't know if it could be that his inner urge of wanting to get his willy wet is making him whine and cry like that or if there is something else, perhaps an underlying disease?

He doesn't seem to show any sickness, he loves to play and go for walks. He is however losing abit of weight from not eating as much as he used to. I'm worried about that also.

God I don't know what to do.
