My dog had pups 9 days ago, why does she keep whining?

she will look at the puppies, who are perfectly laying next to each other, sleeping. and she will whine...I'm not sure what to do. I've been the only one home with her and them, MY mom has been gone for the past month...please, any tips welcome.

You need to urgently get hold of a Vet and ask
questions......he/ she will direct them to you to
see if between you , you can figure whats wrong
    with the dog.

My mums dog was like that, and she needed urgent
injections she was calcium deficiant, (not producing
enough) and the dogs were draining her, she nearly
died ! The other problem, she could have a pup stuck
inside.(would be dead, but not come out) or internal
    complications.
Imagine yourself just given birth and
all these pups feeding from your body and having
something wrong , and you cannot talk?
Please help this poor animal quick as poss.

Has she had a littler before? Does she look at them and whine?

If this is her first litter she might not know whats really going on. But I would call a Vet just incase. Im sure once the pups start tomove aroundmore and interact with her she will clam down. But just call the Vet and explain it. Good luck
