My Boyfriend Always complains that he is so tired no matter how much sleep he gets?

My boyfriend Always gets anxiety panic attacks so he says when he is at work, its normally when he gets stressed or nervous and always complains that he is tired no matter what time he goes to sleep and i don't know what I need to do to help, I think it is all in his head and he just gets worked up to easy. But He wants to go see a doctor. What do you think it could be?

that happens to me sometimes when I get stressed. Let him go to a doctor if he feels like it, and don't hassle him about it, be supportive.
