i was looking for a loan but she was not being honest about my loan so i look for help somewhere else so now she is upset and she doesn't want to give me back my information

What do you mean she "doesn't want to give me back my information"? When you apply for a loan the information that you give should be information that is readily available to you (name, address, SSN, income, etc).
