I have a relativ who often complains of a "conflict" in his head. What does this

mean? I have my own opinion yet was wondering by chance if any one out who works in the mental health field could give m any clues.

Indecision. Of two minds. Thoughts going in two different directions. Etc. It doesn't have to mean mental illness. Then again, if it happens with most things, your friend is probably not feeling whole and perhaps would benefit from some time with a counselor.
