...there any books I can read? to help me cope with my nervousness? I have nerve pills from my psychiatrist, but they can be addictive. She said I need to read books on how to cope and go to therapy. I'm unemployed and can't afford therapy right now. Do you know of any really good books?

Maybe you have something called aspbergers syndrome. Try to look things up online. Some churches you can talk to a pastor for free.
