i have a friend who says he has OCD, and he rants a lot to try to prove his case

when a? situation occurs. It's irrational, repetitive and is an attempt to control the other person, and it's embarrassing. He says there is only "one" situation. He says it's ocd but not a problem for him. I see it's a problem for me and for the public. I sense that if there is one problem or embarrassing situation there may be more hidden ones. He says it's not bad enough to get fixed. He says his controlling should be listened to and that if not then it's considered disrespect. What are your thoughts on this?

He just feels a need to be in control. Let him sometimes, but if it's a big deal, he may not realize what he's doing.
