Thread: I have a friend who keeps complaining that the house they bought 2 Years

ago is worth a lot less today? That is ALL they go on about every time I pop around,
Anyway I went around to see them today and sure enough...MY HOUSE IS ONLY WORTH BLAH BLAH etc etc. So I said....LOOK John you must have realised there was a chance the bubble would burst when you bought your house, He got quite huffy because I told the TRUTH... What a n0b I thought.....

Next time you go round (if you want to that is ) if he starts in again, tell him it is only worth less if he is thinking of selling it, otherwise it still has the same value TO HIM.
And if he is thinking of selling in the cr*p market as it is right now, then any house he would look to buy will have a lower sale value, so it evens out.

totally agree every ones house has gone down in value he needs to get a life probably too much time on his hands
