Thread: i don't know how to write a complain letter?

You normally go shopping in the area where you live.
However, you think some of the facilities for shoppers could be improved.
Write a letter to your local newspaper. In your letter:
-Say in general what you like about shopping in your area.
-Say what is wrong with the facilities.
-Suggesthow they could be improved.

You should write about 150 words.

dear editor,

I live in Bandra. a largely resedential area, the area does have a variety of shops. Howver, it is a struggle to get a parking slot. the city planners should make adequate provisions for parking in the shopping sections.
also the area has no speciality stores. For eg I love Indian food. this place has no Indian stores so I have to travel a good 45 minutes everytime I plan an Indian dinner.
the other problem with the area is that since it is downtown, availability of fresh produce is abysmal.
