Thread: how to i file a complaint about a neighbor who is complaining about my

dogs when im home? i live in a gated comunity and i have had four complaints that my dog is barking ll day. well three of the days ihave been sitting in the house with him all day. I have even put a muzzle on him when i leave, ive had friends come and check i even asked the maintence guy who was working and he said no he as not heard him. how do i file a complaint on who ever it is?

Do NOT muzzle your dog to keep him from barking. Think about it, if he can't open his mouth to bark, then he can't open it to drink either. Good way to cause dehydration. And muzzles should never be used without supervision period.

Best thing to do is to communicate with them. I don't know if they've tried to talk to you about your dogs before they filed a complaint, but it sounds like you know who they are. Go knock on the door and try to come up with a solution with them. Fighting back usually doesn't solve anything, but nicely going over to them as an adult can really solve a lot of issues.

Well whoever it is is lying then aren't they? Lying is against the law so I guess you just go to the police station and file a complaint. Good luck.
