My wife applied for a job with our community center at our apartment complex. She was treated really badly and disrespectfully by the hiring manager and the manager even yelled at her at the inverview. how do i go about writing a letter of complaint?

write a letter to the manager that he was disrespectful and went out of line, show him whos boss

Complain to whoever is higher up on the chain of command. If there is no one then shrug it off and be glad you don't work there.
