Thread: how do i stop whining?

i am 16 years old and tend to fall into a habit of whining about everything that bothers me, that i think is stupid, that i dislike, etc. i don't want to be like this but i don't know how to change. also....sometimes i do this around other people when i don't know what else to talk about. how do i stop? i am willing to do anything.

your doing the first step which is noticing.
Now, you just need to correct yourself and think of other happy thoughts. My mantra is "What have I done today to become a Champion?" It helps me stop being lazy and want to do something.

Make sure brain is running before putting mouth in gear is the best thing to do, in Other words, think before you speak and try to gauge the mood of the people around you before joining in on a discussion.
