Thread: how do i get my dog to stop whining?

he is a 3 year old wiener dog also called a daschund and he constantly whines. he peed all over our house so we had to keep him and our other dog who have been together for two years in a little enclosed space in our house. he always whines in there! how do i get it to stop?! also we out a bed and food and water and 2 toys in there so we thought theyd be comfy, but he still whines!

do you leave him alot?he probably doesnt want to be alone

Maybe he wants to get out and get some exercise. Would you complain if you were closed up in your bedroom and not allowed to leave? If you housebreak him properly he won't pee all over your house unless he is sick.

You probably shouldn't keep him in a confined space.
