Thread: How do i complain to webkinz????

in the clubhouse trading roooms my items got traded when i didnt even click trade

Complaints can be made through the Webkinz website. You go to the "contact us" part of the newspaper area. There should be a drop down box of multiple questions and complaints that you can send. If you do not see your complaint listed, they will give you an email address to send it to. I believe it's [email protected] but not entirely sure--it's been a long time since I made a complaint. Hope this helps!
