Thread: how do i complain to play.com ?

cos i have the right ars with them today.

what's the email address, or where can i find it on their website? (cos its all changed and i cant find anything).

any other details would be great thanks :-D

If it's about an item bought, go into your account, select purchase history, click the item with problem and choose from menu your reply. Go from there.

Hmmn, no option for complaints. The Play help button doesn't seem to cover it either, just returns etc. Try the phone number. If your item is missing, you do havr to wait 21 days before you can report it, which is realllllllly annoying (happened to me last month) but they do dispatch a replacement promptly once you've reported it missing.
