I bought some veterinarian products from an online store on France (Zubial), and one of the products was with 2 years of validity date expired! I contact the store telling to send a good product, they refused, saying that only could make the refund; in that case I said that they had to refund also the postage, since I had to buy the product again, but they refuse to refund the postage. Also they got it all wrong on the refund amount and did not made the correct refund. These guys have the worst client support ever (can’t reach a friendly agreement) and at this moment they own me money from the refund! Does anyone know where I should make my complain, (the store is in France, but I live in Sweden) if there are any international web sites to register complains made on stores on-line? Thanks!
