I have had a very bad experience with TGV SNCF and their on line agent www.tgv-europe.com

I've asked for details of management and complaints policy but they refer me to a customer service office in Belgium

I would like advice from anyone who knows about French consumer protection law and French travel agency law about the right way to file an effective complaint against a company in France.

Does each town have a consumer trading standards office like in England that I can write to.

Is there a "small claims" proceedure I can use to get a refund on my ticket

from their web site I have the following ""This Internet Site is published by Voyages-sncf.com, listed in the Company and Trade Registry of Nanterre as number 431 810 621 , having its registered offices at 7, rue Pablo Neruda, 92300 Levallois-Perret, France.

Voyages-sncf.com holds a travel agency license under number LI 092 01 002. The publishing manager is Madame Rachel Picard."

Thanks for help
