Well I have decided to paper train my 7 week old pure breed American pit bull terrier. I will use news paper for him to go to the restroom for a couple days then outside train him. But every time he uses the restroom he whines. Is this normal for puppies?

How come my 7 week old puppy whines when he is going to the bathroom?

your dog shouldnt be whining. Sounds like he has a bladder infection. Take him to the vet.
