Obama's carbon footprint? How many trips has Obama made flying all over the place with his endless propaganda speeches?

How come no liberals whine about Michelle leaving her carbon footprint to travel to Spain, instead of helping OUR economy by vacationing in our GREAT country??

A quick map search shows the drive would have taken at least 20 minutes, but the helicopter trip took just eight. And, according to one unofficial estimate, it was the 300th trip Obama has taken in Marine One since taking office 20 months ago.

When it's time to head off, the Marine One helicopter brings the president from the White House to Andrews Air Force Base. Teams all over the base keep an eye out for any unauthorized craft in the area and are authorized to shoot on sight.

In advance of every Air Force One flight, the Air Force crew sends C141 Starlifter cargo carrier planes, toting the president's motorcade, to the destination. This collection of bulletproof limousines and vans, loaded with weaponry, keeps the president safe on the ground.

Almost forgot about the C141 flying ahead with the motorcade etc. and ITS carbon footprint, so Obama can stand up in front of his every present teleprompter and spew his propaganda.

It's nice to see that one conservative isn't denying the reality of man made global warming. A couple of jet flights isn't going to make a significant difference in carbon output, especially when it's the president of a nation. In fact, almost nothing we do individually with our personal carbon footprints is going to fix the problem. The changes that need to be made are large scale.

President Bush did all the same stuff, hypocrite. I voted for him twice and acknowledge ALL presidents do this. I'm sorry you can't.
