If you believe that you have been wrongly accused of fraud, perhaps discuss it with the person who posted the complaint - I'm guessing they have the power to remove their complaint. An email link should be provided in the particular post. If that fails, perhaps get in contact with consumercomplaints.in and state your case.

If on the other hand you are not providing a legitimate service, well, there's really not much you can do...
