How can I learn to keep my mouth shut and stop complaining?

I complain a lot..whether it is about work, school,or not getting enough food and being ripped off from the lunch ladies...I want to stop whining all the time, but I keep doing it...what can I do?

I promise you trust in God give your life to Jesus and Pray for the Holy Spirit to work in you to change these things.
I felt the same way i use to talk a lot and say a lot of obnoxious things. then i memorized a Proverb in the Bible that basically went, ''keep your mouth shut, and you will stay out of trouble''. Another one i remembered went like, ''even a fool is considered wise when he keeps quiet''.
I ran into a guy at church i use to know back in high school and after hanging out for a bit, he said i was way different and more mature.
I Credit this to God Jesus and the Holy Spirit cause my mouth still gets tempted to run so i cant do it by myself.

Also i found helping out others will help with keeping from complaining
