Thread: How can i complain to AT&T?

I just got an iphone4 and i love it. I live in lilburn georgia and there are like no cell towers near me but all of them are in atlanta. i get anywhere from 5-0 bars in my house. IN the back of my neighborhood i get edge. and down the road i get no service.

i got the mark the spot app but i need to email att or something. when i try to email them on there website it wont even let me type in the box! HOW CAN I COMPLAIN TO THEM.




************ ALSO ************* the girl in the att store gave me the wrong plan and i changed it quickly from my iphone and they are charging for both. IM SO MAD. lol help

Good luck. Try calling the Federal Communications Commission in Washington D.C. This will take you at least two years to get through and they will never do a damn thing about your complaint. You are simply screwed. Just leave ATT. Now you will understand why our government is a waste of your and my dollars.
