Hi,

Last Saturday I went to do my GMAT exam and they denied me to sit for the test, the reason is that my ID name and the name they had in the list did not match.
I remember that I did put my full name when I applied for the exam and it seems that the GMAC used the online profile name to compare it to my IDs...

I called them and asked for refund but they refused, they also refused to re-schedule an other appointment to sit for the exam with no cost for me.

I think they have made a mistake and that I should get my money back or either have an other appointment to do the test with no cost for me, how can I make the government to force this company to pay me back or schedule an other appointment with no cost for me?
I live in North Carolina in the GMAC is based in Virginia.

Thank you,
Agustin.
