Leter to Detroit Free Press protesting Truman's loyalty oath for gov. employees. Role- a gov. employee

I am NOT looking for a letter writen by some one else! I'm looking for information on how to correctly write this, and what exactly this oath was. Also some ideas for Gov. jobs would be great. Thanks for any help!
