    help with my screaming voice.?

Im in a grindcore band, and if you know grind, you know there is a LOT of screaming involved. So i can scream, but after a gig my voice is shot for almost a week, any help on how to scream, but not loose your voice??

I don't think there is a way out of this. Your vocal chords were not designed to scream for long periods of time like that. Why not change your band to something that's not so "screamy". lol :-)
