Thread: Have you (or would you) ever complained about a co-worker to your boss?

Why or why not? What did you complain about? Why did/didn't you simply go to the co-worker with your complaint first?

The co worker came to me with a complaint from the boss.
She said, " Boss said we must be more careful with sensitive information." I was always careful.
She kept on leaving it around..and tried to place the blame on me.
I went to my boss and asked her to make sure Ms. Thang was to be more careful..I did not want to take the blame for her mistakes. There is a huge difference in our handwriting. I am not loosing my job for her. We are both up for a promotion..she is playing dirty..I am playing it straight.
