I do it a lot. My husband does, too, but he actually screams in his sleep.

...will come from your voice? Really scary. You think you are awake and are trying to attract attention as you are scared of something. How common is this dream or scenario?
Robert man you can hear if you are making a sound I think
Robert I don`t know bless you
Loads of times.
I wouldn't worry about it too much (if you are).
I'm only 15 and yet I've had this dream at least 6 times.
It's said that repetitive dreams usually come from stress or anxiety, but don't worry, it won't cause any problem.
Except if you actually are screaming of course, that may prove a bit of a problem for your neighbours!
xx
Yes - but unfortunately, it's not a full-on Hollywood scream, it tends to be a flimsy out-of-tune yelp: "Uhhhhh!!!" rather than "AAAHHH!"
To my knowledge i don't think that ever happened to me thankfully.
Golly gosh that happens to me all the time ,but the nice man in the white coat told me not to be bovvered by it ,are you bovvered ?
Yes and usually with inability to move arms or walk/run. Usually when I`m trying to get away in "chase" . Not at all recently probably because I`m less stressed these days. :-)
