Guys, why did he complain that I got a salad again?

I've been out for lunch a few times with a guy and I usually always eat salad for lunch and I love salad. But the last time he asked me why I always get salad like he was mad about it. I told him I do eat other food I just like having salad for lunch cause it's healthy and I don't feel hungry later. And he just was pissed about it? Why?

I know guys that are like that. To a guy "salad" isnt *food food*.. lol. they think you need to eat a meal and salad! xD
