Isn't this just males sense of entitlement? Do they think they should be entitled to sleep with women then not call the next day and not face any repercussions even though she may be emotionally devastated by the ordeal?

Males aren't the only ones who are pissed at false allegations. As someone said above, they can ruin lives, ruin people emotionally and mentally. They also really piss off a lot of people that have been raped, not only because it makes people more skeptical-just see some people's postings on places like this- but because said false accusers have no idea how fucking lucky they are not to have actually gone through that trauma, and how much a victim wishes they hadn't.
It's a slap in the face for a rape victim, male or female, and a life ruining experience for the accused male and his family.
Male's complain because it is very easy for a woman to prove that a man had sex with her; its harder to prove that she agreed with it. So its easy for a woman to claim she was raped, which is not good for a man who did not rape her. Aka, it can put some men in risky positions.
I have a better solution: don't have one-night stands and there wont be any issues about sex/not calling the next day.
What kind of an azzhole asks such a question?
