Thread: Is this fair or should I complain?

i work at a clothing store and the company gives bonuses to any store that achieves the plan. all the stores in our state always acheive the plan and get big bonuses but our store hasn't achieved the plan in over 2 years because the ppl who live in our town are poor and don't shop a lot. I dont think its fair that the other stores get bonuses without even trying, when we try so hard every day. What should I do?

well i went through the same thing along time ago.I say forget it it's not your problem. I know you want to do well and you take pride at your job , but don't stress. Becareful they don't close you down after a while that's what happened.to me. The only thing i could do was to focus on a certain aspect and worked on that. For example we had card to buy that would get you a certain percent off your future purchases,and i focused on those ,mainly because i got a commision for each one i sold, and i ended up winning an award for most sold in that store. that was enough to make me feel good but we never met the weekly or monthly sales goals. Who cares unless you are the manager.
