    Exhale screaming help?

    I can inhale scream pretty well. I just fail miserably at exhale. I can do nothing. I've tried pretty much every method and nothing is working. The vibrating and everything.
    Someone help pleaasee.

    Of course i know the difference between the two. 0.o

    do you know the difference between inhaling and exhaling?

    Exhale

    I been exhalin 4 a month and I think im good. 2 exhale just practice using ur voice while sighing and tighten ur abs. Try doing death growls dats wat I kno 4 now then try screaming. If ur throat then dat means ur throat is gettin used 2 it bt stop at certain times
