...electrical power, how to complain ? Hi,
It is their fault, as they overloaded the nearby sub-station.

I am a quailfied power engineer, so see what went wrong
Apart from two nearbt streets being without power, & the Co-op having to dispose of £1000's in frozen goods, plus personally I had a trolly-load when the lights went out, for Gods sakes, you cannot get the keys for the sub-station to kick the place back into life !

Who do I sue on behalf of hundreds of customers, for what is a simple problem to solve ?

I am not a litigant, nor a whinger, but when I see loads of young mothers, invalids, finding that they can't go in & reset the breakers, I am dismayed.

But the beggers are "invisable" to contact.

Any notions ?

Bob
