Thread: Does your partner's television program selections make you want to scream?

Partner...husband, wife, girlfriend, bf, roommate....whomever...

When they have control of the remote do you sometimes want to scream about their selections?

Selections?? What selections?? All he does is surf every channel over and over and over.....

It's the History Channel or NASA TV all the friggin time. It makes me want to beat the TV to death with a baseball bat. I prefer music to TV.

My dad likes to watch every James Bond movie whenever they're on TV. It's absolutely infuriating.

I have a right winger houseguest and he watches Faux News--drives me crazy! But I make him watch the Daily Show/Colbert Report and he gets really pissed at the TV. Very funny!

I'm currently living without a TV. It's not bad at all. Then again, I waste my time in other ways.

Yes. My husband likes all of the teenager shows that come on CW. It drives me insane. His favorite is One Tree Hill. I watch it every now and then and I am thinking "are you serious?". It has to be the worst acting I have ever witnessed. And honestly, who lives like that? Does success really fall into peoples' laps the way it does for that group of 20 year olds?
