Im fitting some drains to my house and the toilet drainage pipe and soil vent pipe come directly off an inspection chamber outside my bathroom. Does the vent pipe have to be the highest and hence last item on a run of soil drainage ?

Does the soil vent pipe HAVE to be the last item on a run of soil drainage?
