A deep voice comes from having long vocal cords.
You can temporarily deepen the voice by inhaling sulfer hexachloride, but I don't recommend doing that too often.

.... actually no, it won't. Just wait for puberty and testosterone to kick in. I'm guessing you're just starting puberty or are not even in it yet. Your voice will get deeper. You just have to wait.

Maybe only for a few seconds but your voice will revert to normal after.
No just weakens it and makes the voice go away.
Just wait for around age 15 and you will have a deeper voice naturally.
