    Do you think we should complain that there is aluminum in our food?

    Many of the pancake mixes, etc... have it.

    Aluminum is believed to be a very fine metal in the body. And fine particles stay in the brain fraying nerve endings. Some believe this is a cause of alzhiemers.

    Why do we have to have aluminum in our foods when it is a possible health hazard?

    Yeah, alluminium is bad for you. You should always check ingridients before you buy something, there are a bunch of new products that have no aluminium for pancakes, toothpaste, deodorent. Just look around, they a re a lil bit more expensive but worth it
