I was reading the story about the cruise ship incident where a couple was banned for life from Royal Caribean cruise lines from complaining too much. I know a lot of people use complaints to get freebees or just to wreak havoc for the sake of it. If a customer just cannot be satisfied and still continues to complain or make claims against a company, do you think they should be banned?
