I recently got the Samsung Rant and I've been having trouble accessing internet and picture mail. Every time I try to access either a message pops up saying "The network is preparing your services. Please wait."
This is followed by a "The profile update could not be completed." I've yet to access the internet. I tried calling customer service and they were no help. Can anyone help me????
