Thread: Can I complain to ebay if a seller says they will combine shipping and then doesn't

want to? I won three of this person's items about a week ago. Their auction clearly states "If you win more than one of my items I will combine shipping for you." They are trying to charge me the full shipping price for each auction. I sent them an email telling them the only reason I bid on 3 of their auctions is because it said I could combine shipping and they answered me saying "I took off." I can do simple math- they didn't. So I wrote back & explained again that it was not discounted at all. Now it's been two days and I haven't heard back. Can I complain and cancel? This seller has been a nightmare. I'm a seller too and have 100% positive feedback on a 4 year old account so I really don't want them filing a non-paying bidder complaint against me. What can I do?

I'm pretty sure sellers can't leave negative feedback about buyers anymore. So if he won't settle it as promised. Maybe you should just wait it out and see if he just drops the order.
