Am I within my rights to complain?! Really angry! PLS Read!?

Ok so I got a full head of hair extensions two weeks ago and spent almost $1000 on them. Now I have lost almost half of them! They have just been crumbling (the glue) and falling out! Am I within my rights to ask for them to redo them and not have to pay? I wanted them done specifically for an up coming modelling job and a close friends wedding and I am extremely dissapointed and wasted so much money!!

Do you think they would redo them for me? Am I asking too much?? I think they would if they wanted to keep up a good reputation! Thanks in advance xoxo

ughhh!!! definitelyyyyy complain!!!! thats not right to be spending all that money on something that just falls out two weeks later. and if they say no, tell them you'll never go there again and you'll never reccomend any friends to go there.

You are within your rights and don't let them re-do it, get your money back and go to another salon. You don't want the same person doing what they have proven they are unable to do. You have to complain, If you want to work with them, maybe ask for another stylist at the same salon to do your hair, definately go in and show the owner. Usually the owner just leases out space to the stylist so will have a say in the matter. I would take it to its limits to make sure you are treated fairly and get what you paid for.
