    Whispering a ton will definitely help. It strains your vocal chords as much as screaming.

    ok so you have to alternate screaming and yelling. Grab a pillow and scream into it for one whole song. Then whisper another song. Alternatle for about 20 song i would say. Then cough alot. Then straight up scream, open your window as far as you can, and go to bed. I have done my research. I promise. Do this.
