Thread: Do you think farting in public is rude. My husband and I have argued about this

Honestly, it's not that big of a deal. It is a natural bodily function. Just doesn't bother me.

This is funny. I dont think its rude because it is a bodily function but I think it is embarrassing for the person farting.

Going to the pot is also a human function, it does not mean you do it out in public. Manners should always be a sign of the rights and consideration of others.

a public fart is only offensive if there is a noise or a smell. PEE-U

What's truly rude is when someone makes a big public deal about it and tries to embarrass the other person for a normal bodily function that EVERYONE has from time to time.

Best to ignore it.
