...to our own neighbors? Why is it that they can send millions and billions of dollars to countries around the world and cant even help our neighbors like New Orleans for example when something so drastic happends in our own surroundings with our own neighbors? they want to send millions to starving homeless people all over the world but we cant even send it to people in the large cities who we pass up everyday, on our own streets..that doesnt make any scence does it?

Money went to other states for their emergency needs as well. Geez, where were you when all the tragedies happened here in America?
