    Does IBS cramps resemble menstrual cramps?-?

    lower adbominal pain, sometimes extending to the lower back,

    gassy feeling all the time, sometimes too much pain that radiates to the upper thighs.

    It could also be a kidney or bladder problem like kidney stones.
