Lately, I’ve been feeling kind of lost, and think it’s b/c I’m don’t have any real hobbies or anything. I’d like to do something with music, like maybe piano or signing, but I don’t know how to get started.

Also, I’d like to be more physically active (improve balance, flexibility, coordination, tone up, self-defense), but I’m not sure where to start there, either. I’m more into individual sports, and would like to try free-running.

What’s a good starting point to get more involved with music and athletics?
