Should Hong Kong government put more money to assist the poor families in Hong

Kong out of their hard life ? I am very sad to read the local newspapers with my hudsband John again. Those tragic facts reflecting the similiar poverty of the many in Hong Kong. Chung Oi Kan, male, aged 30, married to Chung Chui Fong, female, aged 34, and they have four kids. The SingTao Chinese Daily News (April 25, 2008)has published an article indicating a married couple fighting each other because of the financial problem. The family of six is stucked into a room of 125 square feet and they all sleep on the floor. Hong Kong is decietfully named as one of the richest cities in this world with income per capita of $28,000 per month and the total Hong Kong government's reserved money is about one trillion HK dollars.
The budget of the hudsband is supporting the family as a construction worker with monthly income of $6,000 HK dollars per month.
Rent:$3,000
Tranportation cost: $800
Stationary cost for kids:$600
Water: $130
Phone: $60
Fuel for cooking: $210
Veg + meat for cooking meal: $ 1,000
Misc: $300
The deficit is $200 HK dollars. The hudsband's bank account with $ 9. 5 dllars is showed to the camera of the reporter. It is said the policeman has donated a $100 bill to one of the four kids during the investigation of the family dispute. My total family income is still under 10 k Hong Kong dollars and this qualified our family of three for a 400 square feet Public Housing unit of $1,100 rent per month. We both are supply worker for domestic work and driver. I was very sad about the past events happened in the Tragic Township of Tin Sui Wai. This poverty event has evoked my decision to leave Hong Kong to Phillipine for good and forever in our future retirement plan. John is totally agreed with me. Why the hell we want to stay Hong Kong for? The god damned rich Hong Kong goverment is heartless and thoughtless, a total fascist government and don't give the fig to the two million Hong Kong citizens are currently living under the poverty line. The Pearl TV, Chinese with a series just on.
