Everyone see the "breaking news" of the Iraqi Journalist throwing his shoes at George W Bush??

It almost made my day seeing this..
But how is it that two shoes were thrown, and not one made contact?!
Why couldn't someone with better aim have stood up and thrown shoes?!
Or better yet, Something solid!
